Yang Shuang, representative of Chenggong for poverty reduction project, came to Paifang Village, Jinzhen Town, Jianyang City. Paifang Village, a poor place located in a border region of Jianyang City, is 30.2 kilometers away from the urban area of Jianyang, with an area of 3.5 square kilometers . Villagers’ income mainly depends on planting rice and rape, and corn. Such agriculture business makes some villagers' income unstable, in bad economic situation.

Accompanied by Song Xiaoliang, first secretary of the village, Yang Shuang, Chenggong representative, met with the villagers in the Paifang village committee office to understand the economic conditions and practical difficulties of these families. Yang Shuang introduced Chenggong poverty reduction project in detail. A one-year agricultural purchase agreement was signed.

Yang Shuang, Chenggong representative also discussed the possible forms of poverty reduction with the representatives of Paifang village committee, and express CHENGGONG's wish to help more villagers to get rid of poverty.
